Our team is committed to providing our clients with the highest standard in marketing services for their homes. We feel confident that this campaign was a testament to our dedication as we are constantly using new outlets to gain exposure for our listings. 

Even though we have been a brand alliance partner with VIE Magazine for over 10 years, it was the first time that we have graced the cover which included an 8 page “Cover Story” dedicated towards the home and our brokerage. This was a turning point in our marketing reach as VIE is published monthly and reaches a National audience of 1,212,000+. It is distributed online, on Amazon Kindle, and sold in newsstands across the United States, including in Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million. Considering that this is only 1 of the MANY outlets used during this campaign, we feel that it is safe to say that 47 Hinton Drive became the entire nation’s dream beach house this summer.

To market this exceptional property, we used a variety of strategies across multiple platforms to ensure a diverse audience and broad reach. On social media, the platforms that were utilized during our campaign include Facebook (posts + stories), Twitter (posts), Instagram (posts, stories, IGTV, and reels), YouTube (video), Pinterest (pins + story pins), and LinkedIn (posts). In print, we advertised this Gulf Front Estate with a 2 page spread in VIE Magazine and Luxury Home Magazine (Nashville & Emerald Coast). We exercised our prestigious connection to the Luxury Real Estate Network to also feature 47 Hinton Drive in the Wall Street Journal.
